The Anniversary of a Miracle

Two years ago today a surgery was performed that saved our son's life. A surgery that would change our lives forever. A surgery that had only been done a handful of times, but was our only hope. Two years ago today... our son was given a chance at life.

Two years later... our son is amazing all of us with his strength and determination...

Two years ago today we were given a miracle.... our son's life.

Thank you for standing by us for the past two years. We wouldn't be where we are today without the love and support from our family, friends and medical team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Congratulations. He is such a great kid. He wouldn't be where is without all of your hard work. Thanks for all you do! Sara

Little did I know two years ago, when Larry Livingston directed me to a website about his newborn grandson, that this would lead to a long-term infatuation about the love of a mother and the trials and tribulations of her medically disadvantaged son.

We have come to know Max "personally" through this site, watching as he grows and develops, learning his personality traits, and are captivated by his smile.

We have come to celebrate Max's victories and collectively hold our breaths when he faces challenges.

Thanks for sharing Max with us through the miracle of the world-wide-web!
